Bryan Falk

Board Member - Managing Partner, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP

Bryan is the managing partner of the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s management committee. He provides legal services to northeast Ohio businesses in corporate, finance, and real estate matters, serving as the de facto outside general counsel for several middle-market companies. Known for his extensive experience and problem-solving skills, Bryan handles business organization, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and corporate governance. He also manages complex real estate transactions, including the development and financing of large-scale projects and various commercial real estate loans. Bryan advises national and regional banks on secured and unsecured transactions. In addition to his legal work, Bryan serves on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland, where he chairs the governance committee and supports the organization’s mission. He is an active member of several professional associations, including the Association for Corporate Growth and the American Bar Association.

Steven Gill

Board Member - Property Tax Attorney
Partner, Sleggs, Danziger, & Gill, Co., LPA

As a property tax attorney, Steven Gill has extensive experience representing property owners, developers, and brokers as their property tax counsel. For more than 32 years, he has handled property tax matters in all 88 Ohio counties and throughout the country inclusive of litigating cases and arguing appeals before local Boards of Revision, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, the Courts of Common Pleas, and Appellate and Federal District Courts. Further, Steve and his partners have successfully argued many cases before the Ohio Supreme Court establishing legal precedents in favor of Ohio taxpayers. Steve is the former Nation Director of Property Tax Services for a big four firm and is a recipient of the designation of “Super Lawyer” in the State of Ohio for the past four years.

Steve Shore

Board Member - Principal, BlueMark Capital

Steve Shore began his commercial real estate career over 30 years ago after graduating with a business degree from the University of Arizona, and has been in the commercial mortgage banking industry since 1992. Steve’s dedication to his clients needs has provided him with many long-standing relationships with real estate investors, life insurance companies and other institutional lenders. He is well respected in the business community and credits service, responsiveness and integrity as the keys to his success.Steve has held a real estate sales license in the state of Ohio since 1986, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Steve has served on the board of several charitable organizations, and is married with three children.

Matt Wilson

Board Member - Associate Broker, Anchor Retail

Matt Wilson is a thirty-year veteran of the real estate business and has been involved with more than 900 lease and sale transactions, including over 200 anchor tenant deals greater than 10,000 SF in size.  Matt has successfully negotiated transactions with many national retailers, including Meijer, Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Best Buy, PetSmart, Cabela’s, TJ Maxx, Kroger, Marc’s, Regal Cinemas, and Trader Joe’s. He has been instrumental in the development, redevelopment, and leasing of over five million square feet of retail space in a 20-state region. Matt also has significant investment experience and has closed deals from $500,000 to $45,000,000. Matt’s current projects include expanding Meijer, Urban Air, American Freight, and Fitness Connection throughout Northern Ohio. Additionally, Matt exclusively represents landlords such as Pinetree, Fairmount Properties, Wells Fargo, CW Capital, and Tabani in leasing their power centers and pre-leasing new developments. He also actively works land assemblages of up to several hundred acres for various developers and retailers.
